Another fantastic addition to the series。 Excellent character development and mind-blowing twist。 I was completely hooked on to the story and could not put it down until the end。 The twist in the latter half of the story is shocking - the investigators start to see the mystery behind the ritualistic murders in a new light。 The Putney team has a new Superintendent now - things are not well in the station and Rob's career might be in danger。 The previous book ended with JO （Rob's girlfriend） disco Another fantastic addition to the series。 Excellent character development and mind-blowing twist。 I was completely hooked on to the story and could not put it down until the end。 The twist in the latter half of the story is shocking - the investigators start to see the mystery behind the ritualistic murders in a new light。 The Putney team has a new Superintendent now - things are not well in the station and Rob's career might be in danger。 The previous book ended with JO （Rob's girlfriend） discovering her pregnancy。 Rob and Jo decide to co-parent the child and I am eagerly waiting to see how the birth of their first child changes things on the work front。If you love gripping police procedurals， you might want to add The Box Hill Killer to your TBR。 Though each book in this series can be read as a standalone， I recommend you to start from book #1 if you are new to this series。 。。。more
